Residential Junior ADU (Inglewood)
Circuit Mapping: Mapped the two-gang meter main to isolate shared ADU and main house circuits.
System Separation: Physically re-fed lighting and living circuits to create a dedicated ADU path.
Panel Optimization: Rewired the 100A exterior and 125A interior panels for balanced load distribution.
Precision Labeling: Cleaned and clearly labeled all panels for simplified maintenance and safety.
In the coastal neighborhood of Playa del Rey, we encountered a common but complex modern residential challenge: a property where a main residence and a newly converted Junior ADU were sharing electrical circuits
Multiple branch circuits were cross-connected between the 70-amp exterior ADU panel and the 125-amp garage distribution panel. This setup not only posed safety risks and potential for frequent breaker trips but also prevented the independent monitoring of electrical usage for the two living spaces.

Dedicated 70A ADU Feed & 125A Multi-Panel Distribution
Siemens Dual-Panel Array & Meter-Main Isolation
By decoupling shared circuits and optimizing the Siemens dual-panel layout, we delivered complete electrical independence and code-compliant stability for both the main residence and the ADU.
